HOW CAN I USE TELEFUTE TELECONFERENCE ?

Do I require a special equipment to use Téléfuté Téléconférence ?

No, you just need a telephone (landline or mobile). This telephone must be set up into vocal frequency, which is the default mode on most telephones. Our service is reachable from mobile phone or landline.

Can I use Téléfuté Téléconférence from abroad ?

Yes. You can use it from abroad. People that you invite to your conference will receive an email with two access number. One number for people who call from France and one number for people who call from abroad. As those who call from France, people calling from abroad just have to call the access number and then dial the room number followed by the PIN code. This call will cost the same price as an international call to France.

Is Téléfuté Téléconférence secure ? Can I organise my teleconference in all confidentiality ?

Téléfuté Téléconférence is twice secure because you first need to dial your room number and then your PIN code.

What is the validity of my room number ?

Every time that you organize a conference through our web site, you get a new room number and a new PIN code. These codes are automatically sent to you via email. However, if you wish, you can use your previous codes as much as you want in order to organize a new conference without using our website.

There is some noise into the conference room. What can I do ?

Noise probably comes from a user who is calling from a mobile phone, a cordless phone or from a noisy place. You can ask this person to move in order to solve the problem.

How much exactly do I pay ?

You pay ONLY the calls to the access number. There is NO EXTRA COSTS per month or minute. The cost for using the teleconference service is already included.

How does Téléfuté bill my calls: per minute or per second ?

You pay per second. If you call during 1 minute and 1 second you are billed for 1 minute and 1 second, NOT for 2 minutes as with some others operators.

How can Téléfuté Téléconférence be so cheap ?

Our system is fully automatic. Furthermore, as you are charged by France Telecom when you call our access number, we do not have administration costs (client accounts managing, billing, unpaid bills...). This let us be much cheaper. What we save allows us to give you the best price.

How does Téléfuté Téléconférence charge me ?

Téléfuté Téléconférence does not bill you. You only pay calls to the access number and NOTHING ELSE. These calls are charged, directly on your France Telecom bill, in the field "Autres opérateurs".

Calls to the access number are mentionned on your France Telecom bill in the other operators (autres opérateurs) category.

Do I need to register to use Téléfuté Téléconférence ?

NO. There's no need to register. To book your conference room, you just need to accept the General Conditions of Use for the Service and to click on "Book the conference room". Your conference room will be booked and you will be able to begin your teleconference. In fact, one conference room is enought for every attendee. You may even reuse this room several times. To sum it up, for all attendees in every conference you organize, all you need is one click, one time.

Do I need to subscribe to use Téléfuté Téléconférence ?

NO. There’s no need to subscribe. As a result, you do not have any subscription fees.

Do I need to call for a minimum amount every month ?

NO. There is no minimum.

I have preselectionned my landline with an other operator other than France Télécom. Can I use Téléfuté Téléconférence ?

YES. Preselection does not change anything.

Can I use Téléfuté Téléconférence from my DSL operator (Free, Wanadoo, 9Télécom, Cegetel, Club Internet...) ?

YES. There is no problem. Calls to the access number should costs the same price.

Can I use Téléfuté Téléconférence from my mobile ?

YES.

Can I use Téléfuté Téléconférence from a payphone ?

YES, this is possible from some payphones. BUT BE CAREFUL, you incur some extra fees when you call the access number from a payphone. As a result this is more expensive than calling from a landline.
